This is one of the scholarships for people with ADHD that awards $2,000 to their winners. Applicants need to be enrolled or already a student of a 2- or 4-year undergraduate program or a Graduate Program (of one or more years in length).

Applicants also need to be under the care of licensed healthcare professionals for ADHD.

2. Anne Ford Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and it’s a $10,000 scholarship ($2,500/year over four years). Applicants need to be graduating high school seniors intending to enroll in a full-time bachelor’s degree program in the fall.

The scholarship is provided by the National Center for Learning Disabilities.

3. Allegra Ford Thomas Scholarship

This is another ADHD Scholarship provided by the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD), and it’s worth $5,000 awarded over two years ($2,500 each year). Eligible applicants have to be graduating high school seniors who will enroll in a two-year community college, a vocational or technical training program, or a specialized program.

4. Reveley Scholarship Program

Idaho’s Land-Grant University understands how difficult it is for anyone with a disability to pursue education, so they created the Reveley Scholarship Program to appreciate your commitment. The scholarship is exclusively for students with a documented, specific learning disability, attention deficit disorder (ADD), or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Applicants don’t even need so much CGPA to apply, with a minimum of 2.0, you are eligible to apply.

5. NBCUniversal Tony Coelho Media Scholarship

This is one of the Scholarships for people with ADHD that is provided by NBCUniversal and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). The scholarship is awarded to 8 incoming and undergraduate students (at any accredited college or university) and graduate students with disabilities.

Applicants need to pursue careers in media, communications, or entertainment industries that will be enrolled in college or a university. Winners of the scholarship will receive $5,625 each.

6. Study.com Scholarship for Students with ADHD

This is one of the Scholarships for a student diagnosed with ADHD worth $500. The applicant has to be pursuing an undergraduate program, but he/she has to do it through the Study.com portal.

ADHD is not the only criterion for choosing winners, applicants also need to have good academic history, must have involved in extracurricular activities, and must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident.

Candidates are chosen mostly based on their intention and achievements and less on their graduation ranking. Also, applicants need to be;

  • Enrolled as an undergraduate student or in a technical college

9. Microsoft Disability Scholarship

This is one of the Scholarships for people with ADHD provided by one of the big tech companies, Microsoft. The scholarship is focused on its mission to empower and enable people with disabilities.

Eligible applicants need to be high school seniors with disabilities who plan to attend a vocational or academic college and target a career in the technology industry. And, the good thing about this scholarship is that it’s renewable as long as the winners maintain the scholarship criteria and the award is worth $5,000 per student, annually.

10. Mays Mission Scholarships

This scholarship is available for ADHD students, and students with physical and/or mental disabilities. Eligible students also need to be academically excellent, thereby scoring a minimum of 20 on the A.C.T or 970 on S.A.T.

Applicants also need to be enrolled in a four-year study program (undergraduate only) working toward a baccalaureate degree and provide proof of enrollment. 

11. Joseph James Morrelli

This is one of the Scholarships for students with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, learning challenge (disability) of dyslexia, or similar reading and/or language-based disability. The scholarship is awarded annually, and it’s worth $500 to $2,500 which can be used to pay for tuition, books, testing, tutoring,

and assistive technology.

Applicants need to be pursuing a degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, math).

Despite your learning challenges, Smart Kids with Learning Disabilities have decided to celebrate your effort by providing this scholarship for students with LD and/or ADHD. These students must have added value to their schools and communities.

13. Google Lime Scholarship

This is another Big Tech Company that is providing scholarships for disabled students to become future leaders in computing and technology by breaking down the barriers that prevent them from entering these fields. And, Google is partnering with Lime Connect, a nonprofit organization that supports students with disabilities while they pursue education and promising careers.

The scholarship is worth 10,000 USD (for those studying in the US) or 5,000 CAD (for those studying in Canada).

14. AHEAD in Virginia Disability Student Scholarship

This scholarship is eligible for students with a disability who attends a Virginia institution of higher education at which an employee is an Individual Member of AHEAD in Virginia OR the institution is an Institutional Member. Also, with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) you can apply for this scholarship, and it is worth $1,000 per winner.

15. Theodore R. Vivian M. Johnson Scholarship

This is one of the Scholarships for people with ADHD that is provided by the Johnson Scholarship Foundation, and it’s available for undergraduates enrolled in a State University System of Florida (SUS) institution. Applicants need to be a Florida resident for the sake of tuition and have to demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)/institutional need.

Also, the scholarship is renewable and with a minimum of 2.0 cumulative GPA, you are eligible to apply.

16. INCIGHT Scholarship

INCIGHT has been providing scholarships to disabled students since 2004, and they have awarded more than 940 scholarships to students since then. Their major criteria for choosing candidates is a disabled student that demonstrates outstanding service to their community and overcomes personal obstacles.
