MBA in Germany without GMAT

Schools in Germany Where You Can Obtain an MBA Without GMAT or Work Experience

I mentioned earlier that GMAT and work experience are typical requirements for an MBA program. This requirement is laid out so that schools can select the best students and, because of your work experience, help you to easily relate to what you are being taught and practice them in a real-life work setting.

Without any work experience, what you learn will be harder to relate with and/or practice since MBA consists of a lot of practice and carrying out hands-on projects. Also, your working experience makes you appear like a business professional and make you understand why you need an MBA in the first place. So, these are some of the cons that come with not having work experience in your MBA program.

However, there are also some pros. You can just dive into your MBA studies immediately after your bachelor’s degree program without going to work for 2 or 5 years for the experience. This way, you get to earn your MBA degree faster and quickly enter leadership and managerial positions.
