University of Toronto Acceptance Rate, Tuition, Requirement and Programs

If you are among those seeking for admission into University of Toronto, Canada, you sure would want to know about the acceptance rate to pre-determine your fate especially for international student. The simple truth is that University of Toronto acceptance rate is very low, about just 40% of applicants finally gets considered for admission. This rate tells you that admission into the university is not a rossy ride.

One good thing about the university is that they keep a certain amount of slots specifically for only international students. If not for this practice, Canadian students alone may take up all the admission slots in the university.

University of Toronto Acceptance Rate

If you check the image below you will notice that there is a rapid increase in the total number of admission seekers in the university of Toronto but you will notice that the graph showing the actual number of people considered for admission doesnt even change. This alone makes the acceptance rate in the university lower every year.

This to say that, it only gets tougher yearly to get admission in the university but if you are hard working, this is no hard bone to crack.

The reason while the university has not increased the number of students it admits is because it has not yet made provissions to handle much more students.

Despite this, University of Toronto is not the only university in Canada that accepts international students. I earlier made a list of low tuition universities in Canada that accepts international students with the amount the charge as tuition fees for international students. These universities accept domestic students too but with a different tuition fee amount.

I have written several articles beneficial to international students as regards studying abroad on this blog and I have written reviews on several Canadian universities too so I think I am majorly going to major on issues rallying around admission conditions and processes itself for at least every top Canadian university; stuffs like acceptance rate, programs, majors, degrees, courses offered by each university and all the rest.
