- All applicants must be a US citizen or a permanent resident.
- All applicants must have at least one semester of school left to complete.
- All applicants must be active in the community.

- Admission Requirements: All applicants are required to have a cumulative 2.5 GPA or better.
- Language Requirement: Students need to demonstrate that they have a good level of written and spoken English.
The university will provide the award amount of $1000 to the winning candidates during the study program.
