When I say “low tuition universities” I am practically referring to cheap universities; I am using the “low tuition” phrase to help you understand that when i say cheap universities in Canada, I am referring to maybe low-quality schools rather referring to schools with affordable tuition fees.

Université de Saint-Boniface charges a low tuition fee for international students starting from around $7,500 and not exceeding $9,000 for all undergraduate programs.
