Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation Scholarships: This is one of the best scholarships for Indian students to study abroad and it is available to receive applications from only Indian students to study at top-rated American, European and UK institutions for a full-time Masters, M.Phil, or a Doctorate program.
With maximum funding of 100,000 USD, the scholarships cover full tuition, medical insurance, travel allowance from India to the country of study.
To be eligible for this scholarship you must be below 30 years of age.
University of Adelaide Ashok Khurana Scholarship for Indian Students: This is one of the scholarships for Indian students who want to study abroad.
The scholarship is available for only postgraduate programs and is worth $30,000 yearly.
To be eligible for the scholarship you have to be academically sound and must possess leadership qualities.
The scholarship is eligible to only Indian art students who are willing to take up an undergraduate or postgraduate in the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law at UQ.
Though there is no specific academic performance rate stated for students willing to apply for this opportunity, the scholarship is basically awarded on the ground of academic excellence so only high-performing students are always selected.
UCD Global Scholarships for Indian Students in Ireland: This scholarship is available for Indian students to study at University College Dublin, Ireland.
UCD is one of the most famous international universities in Ireland with about 30% of its student population being international students.
Orange Tulip Scholarship: This scholarship comes in many categories and is open for both undergraduate and postgraduate Indian students to study abroad.
Each of the categories has specific requirements and application procedures as several of the categories are funded by different bodies.
Campus France Charpak Scholarship: This scholarship is open to receive applications from Indian and other international students.
It is open for only master’s degree studies in vast fields of studies.
The scholarship is divided into two sections, the Charpak AME Scholarship which covers a living allowance of 700 euros, a student visa, and Etudes en France fee waiver, tuition fee waiver of up to 5000 euros, assistance to find affordable student accommodation.
The second section is the study grant which covers one-way air tickets in economy class from India to France, student visa, and Etudes en France fee waiver, and social security.
Charles Wallace India Trust Scholarships: This scholarship grant is available for Indian students only for doctoral studies.
It covers accommodation and living costs in the UK, fees, and a contribution to international fares and doesn’t support two-year courses or programs as it lasts for months and a year maximum.
NOTE: Because of the movement of the London School of Performing Arts to Berlin, this scholarship program is currently on hold pending the time the school moves back to London.
British Council GREAT Scholarships for Indian Students: This scholarship is offered by the British Council in collaboration with the GREAT Britain campaign for Indian students to study in the UK.
The scholarship cuts across different disciplines and is only for postgraduate programs.
Applicants must possess an Indian passport to be eligible for this scholarship.
Oxford and Cambridge Society of India (OCSI) Scholarships: The scholarship is available for both bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees and it cuts across various disciplines.
It is available for Indian students to study either at the University of Cambridge or the University of Oxford.
University of Lincoln India Scholarship: This scholarship is eligible for not only Indian students but all students, both international and domestic.
The scholarship is also available for all programs and the eligibility for categories of the scholarship depends on academic background, household income, an intended program of study, and/or nationality.
University of Oxford Felix Scholarships for Indian Students: The scholarship is open for Indian students to study at The University of Oxford, the University of Reading, and the University of London.
Only students for postgraduate studies are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
UWE International Scholarships: This scholarship is available to Indian and international students.
It is open for both postgraduate and undergraduate programs.
University of Southampton LLM International Scholarships: This involves both grants and loans for postgraduate studies.
Postgraduate loans are only available for UK and EU students studying taught and research masters programs.
University of Sheffield Scholarships: The university offers a range of scholarships for Indian and international students for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Sussex Indian Scholarships: This is one of the most popular scholarships for Indian students to study abroad.
It is for new postgraduate students who have Indian nationality and have been accepted to study an eligible Master’s course at Sussex. The scholarship is awarded towards tuition fees.
Stanford Reliance Dhirubhai Fellowships for Indian Students: This scholarship is available for Stanford MBA Program for Indian students who must have lived and or worked in India for the past two years before application.
It covers about 80% of tuition fees and expenses for awardees.
